The beginners class is just that - meant for people who have never done Pilates before! It is recommended for men and women of all ages, who are interested in improving their fitness, posture, and well being.
It is particularly suitable for people who:
- Suffer from back, neck or shoulder pain
- Want to improve their posture, or need to have good posture e.g. dancers
- Do a lot of sport, and want to improve core control and muscle balance
- Are recovering from injury
The maximum class size for the beginners is 10 people, we are striving to get away from the leisure centre set up of 80 people, and want to ensure that everyone is able to receive plenty of one-to-one attention.
To apply for this class, you need to:
- Check which 6-week class you would like to join
- Complete a health questionnaire
and application form 
- Send these to the office address.
- You may pay on the first evening of the class, by any method (cash / credit card / debit card etc)

Beginners course costs £60.00 inc VAT.
The course consists of 6 weekly hour-long sessions. Maximum class size is 12. All equipment is provided, including take-home exercise sheets.
